Refund & Return Policy
We want you to have a positive shopping experience with us. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us at support@junpeakshop.com and our team will assist you.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a free replacement.
Please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include a photo or short video showing the issue.
A return of the damaged item is not required.
2. Order Not Received
If your order has not been delivered within 45 days from the shipping date, we can issue a full refund or send a replacement.
3. 30-Day Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
unused
in original condition
in original packaging
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
Cat apparel
Any edible pet treats
Items that were used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition
5. Size / Variant Issues
Returns due to size issues are not eligible if the shipped item matches the size/variant selected at checkout.
If the wrong size/variant was sent by us, we will provide an exchange or refund.
6. Order Cancellations
We can cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.
Please contact us by 11:59 PM EST on the day the order is placed.
Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
7. Return Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us at support@junpeakshop.com.
- Our team will confirm your request within 24 hours.
- Ship the item back to us with a tracking number.
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Return shipping fees are refundable only if the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
8. Safety Notice for Pet Toys
Pets should be supervised when playing with toys. Remove the toy immediately if any part becomes loose or detached. Dispose of packaging properly.
